First Mid-Winter Award Rules

 

  1. This must be the first Texas Shrine Clown Association Mid-Winter officially attended (First  Registration)

 

  1. Entrant must register as a first time attendee.

 

  1. Entrant must introduce himself and shake hands with as many Shrine Clowns as he can  and have them sign his official
    First Mid-Winter Form (Indicate office held by signee).

 

  1. Points are awarded for each signature: 3 points for CURRENT State officers, 2 points for  CURRENT Unit
    officers, and 1 point for each REGISTERED Clown.

 

  1. Forms must be turned in no later than 12:30 Saturday at the end of Multi-Man Skit  Competition.
